Rice-white-glazed plate with six mallow petal shape mouth rim

South Song Dynasty (1127-1279)

Mouth diameter 16.4 cm, foot diameter 8.9 cm, height 2.8 cm

A character “Yi”(meaning the second) in seal script are engraved and filled with vermilion on the center of the bottom, which might be an inscription by collector in the past.  A poem in clerical script by Emperor Qianlong (1736-1795) is engraved around the character “Yi”
